7.2 Manually Connect FASTQs

Use manual connection to edit individual FASTQ file paths. For initial data connection with multiple samples, bulk connection is recommended.

Steps

1. Select Data Registry from the left sidebar.
2. Navigate to your sample manifest.
3. To remove an existing file link, select the × next to the FASTQ file path.
4. For the relevant sample, select + Associate Data in the fastq_1 and/or fastq_2 column.
5. Select the FASTQ file in the file explorer.
