3.0 Import Experiment Data¶
In the Data tab you can store manifests (CSV format) and FASTQs. After an INDUCE-seq Analysis run completes, results are also available here.
Import methods¶

| Amazon S3 (AWS) | Mount a versioned S3 bucket by connecting your AWS account to LatchBio. |
| Google Cloud Platform (GCP) | Mount a GCP bucket by connecting your GCP project to LatchBio. |
| Local storage | Upload files directly from your computer. |
Note
Cloud storage is preferable to local storage because it enables easier implementation of data retention policies. It is strongly recommended to use a separate folder for each experiment regardless of the import method used.
