3.1 Import FASTQs From Cloud Storage

You can import FASTQ data to the BSB INDUCE-seq Analysis Workspace by mounting an Amazon S3 bucket (using your AWS account) or a GCP bucket (using your Google account).

Note

Use a dedicated bucket for your INDUCE-seq Analysis experiments to ensure data privacy.

Steps

1. Select Data from the left sidebar.
2. Deselect any selected folders by clicking empty space below the folder list. Creating a new folder per experiment is recommended.
3. Follow the appropriate LatchBio instructions for your cloud provider:
   • Amazon S3: Mount S3 Bucket
   • Google Cloud Platform: Mount GCP Bucket
