4.0 Create a Registry

In Data Registry you can store and organise experiment metadata and create the connections that INDUCE-seq Analysis references during a workflow run. Metadata is added in tabular format, referred to as manifests.

Manifests are organised into projects. Projects let you quickly identify which manifest corresponds to which experiment.

Note

Create a new project for each experiment to keep manifests organised.

Create a new project

1. Select Data Registry from the left sidebar.
2. In the upper-left corner, select +New Project.
3. Enter a name for the project, then select Create.

To rename or delete a project, hover over it and select the ellipsis (...), then choose the appropriate action from the dropdown.

Warning

Deleting a project also deletes all manifests within it. Move any manifests you want to keep before deleting a project.

Next steps

After creating a project, add the following manifests to it:

• Nuclease manifest — nuclease treatment information for each guide.
• Sample manifest — metadata for each sample in the run.
