8.2 Review Progress

Real-time results are accessible as the workflow run progresses.

Steps

1. In Workflows, select All Executions.

2. Double-click your execution name.

   Note

   The execution name may not reflect your entered name until after the execution begins running.

3. View the following information in the execution's tab:

   Tab	Content
   Messages	Alerts or errors that occurred during the run (available after completion).
   Inputs	Workflow parameters as entered during setup.
   Results	Real-time access to output files as the workflow runs. Hover over a folder name and select Navigate to in Latch Data to open the results folder in the Data tab.

4. The right sidebar displays:

   Field	Description
   Execution and workflow name	Hover over the execution name and select Rename to change it.
   Execution status	See status descriptions below.
   Relaunch / Abort	Controls to end or restart the execution.
   Duration	Elapsed time.
   Ran by	User who initiated the workflow.
   Execution ID	Unique identifier for the execution.
   Inputs and Outputs	Files used and results produced, including output logs.

Execution statuses

Status	Meaning
Queued	Awaiting resources.
Initializing	Starting execution.
Building	Preparing to run the INDUCE-seq Analysis workflow.
Running	Execution is in progress.
Succeeded	Execution completed without uncaught errors.
Aborted	User ended execution before completion.
Failed	Execution could not be completed.

Warning

A Succeeded status indicates no uncaught errors. If incorrect manifests were supplied, errors will appear in the Workflow Warnings and Errors section of the execution report rather than causing a pipeline failure.
