6.0 Create a Sample Manifest

The sample manifest contains your sample metadata and links each sample to its associated nuclease mechanism and FASTQ file.

Warning

Sample names must match FASTQ prefix names exactly. A mismatch will cause the INDUCE-seq Analysis to fail.

Create a sample manifest from the template

  1. Select Data Registry from the left sidebar.
  2. Hover over Sample Manifest Template under the Template project.
  3. Select the ellipsis (...), then select Duplicate Table Schema. Do not modify the template directly.
  4. Enter a name for the new sample manifest.
  5. Select the registry project to add it to (see Create a Registry).
  6. Select Create.
