6.2 Add Sample Data Manually

Use this method to enter sample metadata directly in the BSB INDUCE-seq Analysis Workspace. For many samples, importing a CSV file is recommended.

Warning

Sample names must match FASTQ prefix names exactly. A mismatch will cause the INDUCE-seq Analysis to fail.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your created sample manifest.
  2. Select Create Record to add a new sample.
  3. Enter the required fields as described in the manifest column reference. Use the horizontal scroll bar to view all columns.
  4. To add another sample, select + below the table or + Record in the upper-right corner.
  5. Continue adding records until all sample metadata has been entered.
